The Altar Kids is passionate about helping children grow in their understanding of God’s kingdom and how to live it out. We believe, as Jesus taught in Matthew 18:3, that every child has access to the simplicity of the Gospel. Our heart is to lead kids into a real relationship with Holy Spirit; teaching them to seek Him, hear His voice, and build a faith that empowers them to live boldly. One of our greatest goals is that, by the time they graduate from The Altar Kids, each child can confidently articulate and share the Gospel with others. We celebrate that Yahweh is a fun God, and create spaces where children can experience the joy of knowing Him!

At The Altar Kids, we nurture children's spiritual growth with a custom-written curriculum rooted in biblical teachings. We want our kids to have a knowledge and understanding of who God is, and how to experience Him. Our goal is to dive into scripture and teach kingdom principles that will create a strong foundation for having a personal relationship with.

Each week, we focus on scripture memorization, prayer, interactive bible lessons for each class room, and worship.

On Sundays, check-in is located in the main sanctuary lobby where you’ll provide your child’s information and they’ll receive a name tag with a unique 4-digit code. You’ll receive a matching sticker, which you must present at check-out after the service to pick up your child. (For your child’s safety, only the person with the matching sticker can pick them up.)  If your child needs you during the service, your 4-digit code will appear at the bottom of the main sanctuary screen.

Children ages 1–5 meet downstairs in our kids’ area, and ages 6–11 meet upstairs in the family room.

To keep everyone healthy, please keep your child home if they've shown any of the following symptoms in the past 24 hours: a fever of 100°F or higher, moderate drainage from the mouth, nose, or ears, ear pain, skin rashes, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, a deep cough, difficulty breathing, untreated wheezing, stiff neck, headache, unusual skin or eye color, pus-filled cuts, lice, or any contagious disease. Children should stay home until they are symptom-free.
